I’m Luci! A Northeast Ohio based portrait photographer.

Photography has been something I’ve loved for as long as I can remember. What began as an instinct to notice light, movement, and emotion became something tangible when I finally purchased my first camera and started bringing that vision to life.

I approach every session with intention and enthusiasm, paying close attention to detail while allowing moments to unfold naturally. Whether it’s the quiet connection between horse and rider, the energy of a senior session, or the intimacy of a couple simply being themselves, I’m passionate about capturing images that feel authentic and enduring — the kind you’ll return to years from now.

When it came to choosing a name for my work, I knew I had to incorporate the horse who shaped so much of my journey both as a photographer and an equestrian. Black Tie Affair (aka Tux) has been with me since 2021, and now, his unique face marking is now at the heart of the Black Tie Photography logo (pun intended).
